Button animation only works for 1 button after pressing,Button animation only works for the button I click

So I have a menu UI with a few buttons that all have the same animator file on them. All it does is change the colour when I hover over them. Everything works fine, but once I press any button, the animator only starts working for the button I pressed, and stops working for the other buttons. The buttons themselves work fine, but the animation doesn't. Anyone know why this is?
