Linux Editor Issue scaling and elements disapearing

OS: elementary OS 5.1.7 Hera x86_64 Kernel: 5.4.0-47-generic

This is a screenshot of when it first launches (notice all of the ui doesnt fit in the window) alt text

This is after I scroll the window around with my touchpad alt text

Ive tried all the current versions like 2019.4.10f1 and 2020.1.6f1

Any Ideas on a fix?
