Hey Fellows ! I need your help regarding How to load game assets once on start of game and show loading bar in percentage. Your help would be appreciated

I know you can load a scene asynchronously (in a other thread then the game is running in). I'm not sure, but I don't think this is possible for other assist like prefabs (unless you have 3.5.3 Pro).
If you are trying to load a scene with a progress bar then use LoadLevelAsync: http://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Application.LoadLevelAsync.html
