Lag After Removing Minimap

I started to make a minimap, it was lagging too much so I removed it. It was still lagging after I removed both the camera and the UI elements.

Any ideas on how to get rid of the lag?

This has happened to me before and both times were with HDRP.

are u selecting the main camera in gomemode? it will make it's view lag.
