Trying to make an AR android app based on GPS location with a videoclip (instrad of a 3d object

I am trying to make a AR app for android based on GPS location. I read about the asset "AR +GPS location" In the documentation and tutorials I read only about 3d object that can be placed on a location. Is it also possible instead to place a videoclip, with some transparency, on a GPS location with this asset. Or can I use a different way to do this?
