Simple share text to Facebook and Google+ (Android, IOS)

I need to share scores from game to facebook and google+. It must be the simple post on wall. I want to share via native applications(facebook and g+). I know what it's possible in Android apps.

How i can to do the same in Unity for Android?
Is the similar way to share data in IOS. And how can to implement it?
Are free plugins which solve these cases?
