Retired employee bought subscription. Need to add subscription to my account
Our Unity Pro subscription has expired, but I can't see it. A now retired employee originally bought it. I tried to add the serial number to my account so I could renew it and it didn't work. Got an error of This serial cannot be managed from the Online Store, please contact sales if you wish to make changes to it. I sent an email to Unity sales, but have not received anything back. Any ideas?
Unity Answers is pretty much a volunteer-run site, so Unity Sales was the right place to go.
If Sales walks you through some steps, or has any other interesting info (besides, O$$anonymous$$, we fixed it for you,) it would be nice if you'd add it here (as an Answer to your Q.) (Or link to "transfer Unity account" or whatever, if the process turns out to be the same.)
