Package manager refusing to update package
Hello!
So let me state this that I am using 2019.4.31f1, yes, I know it's a really old version.
Whenever I decide to open up a completely fresh project and check my package manager and it gives me that the timeline package is using a way older version of 1.2.18. When I go to click to update to the newest timeline of 1.7.1, it will download, refresh the unity project, and then redownload the older 1.2.18 package. Like it just refuses to download the newer one, and I tried the other updates above 1.2.18 yet it still gives me the same issue.
I'm really not sure what is happening, and I have found zero answers that could help me with this.
