Unity 2021.1.17f1 not installing from Unity Hub, says incomplete or corrupted download file

Take a look at this thread where unity_qCrUzt8tVH4sOw figured out that switching the Unity Hub channel to Beta to do the install then back to Production and installing the modules seems to be a workaround.
