                shadertransparencytransparent shader

How to make transparent object without seeing back parts and keeping emission, specular highlights and reflections
I have a very simple case - object with emission, specular and reflections be made transparent, without seeing the back of the object or any inside parts - just the foremost parts as it's seen in opaque mode.
I tried a bunch of shaders on the Internet and saw like 50 topics without result. Yet this seems like a simple thing to do.
Lots of topics and answers refer to old shaders that are already replaced by the Standard shader in Unity 5. I'm using Unity 2017.
I tried also the AlphaVertexLitZ shader, it works, but it neglects the specular, emission and reflections, which basically make the object look much differently.
Thanks for any help!
