Its possible to open a mobile app in windows mode by default

Hello, Is it possible to open a mobile app in windows mode by default?

I’m using: Screen.fullScreen = false; but on android when you enter in window mode it changes the aspect ratio. and I don't know when or how to recalculate the layout for the new aspect ratio.
