Multiplayer Android offline via hotspot

Hi.. I am a begineer of game dev multiplayer , i trying make a multiplayer game for android that one of the devices can be a host and others can join a lobby via WiFi .i am using unity 2019.3f and i have searched for to long and i don't find the awnser .what the tech that can used for this case
