Raycast shooting with prefab

Hello, please i have question, how to make raycast shooting with prefab, so raycast shooting is instant, but i need to see bullet fly on a long distances, for example sniper rifle or tank shell. I tried to make it with prefab, but its buggy, because bullet fly over the object without collision.

So i need to mix prefab shooting and rycast shooting and i dont know how.
