Best way to track units characteristics
Hello! Lets assume any unit in rgp game has basic characteristics like maxHp and Strength and also has inventory.
One particular unit has chest piece that adds +10 strength. So his actual strength amount would be:
( basic unit strength + bonus strength from chest piece )
What is the best way to implement the formula above? If I have >20 different unit characteristics do I have to type the same formula for every stat or is there better way? Something like VLOOKUP in Excel but in C#? Or just another way?
