Xbox/USB controllers don't work in Build
In editor, the local multiplier works with keyboards and Xbox controllers, based on how many players you select with their configurations in the previous menu, however, when you create a build for the game, and run it , it seems that all Xbox controller input gets routed to the first Xbox controller leaving the subsequent controllers obsolete.
Keyboards work fine in build though...
Any help is appreciated.

We're using the Unity input manager alongside a custom script.
Our Programmer managed to fix it. It must have been human error, though we still don't know what caused it!
We were in crunch time for a charity game jam when we asked the question.
