Character fall when colliding or if it moves fast (2d platformer)

I am a beginner and I followed several tutorials to move my character, but when he jumps or moves fast he falls and flips in the air, I'm sure it is because of the rigid body component and tried to change the body type to kinematic but it stopped moving completely.

Also, I changed the shape of the collider several times but it keeps falling when his head or feet hits the platform collider.

Anyone knows how to fix?

go to your rigidbody2D component, go to the "constraints" at the bottom and Check "Freeze Rotation" Box
