importing project from higher version to lower

is it possible to import project build in free version of unity 4.3.4 into unity Pro Version 4.0.0f7 without any fatal errors on compiling, and what specific things should i concerned about. Again i want to downgrade to a pro version 4.0.0f7 of unity from free version of unity 4.3.4
