Legacy vs. Generic vs. Humanoid pros and cons?
Gave it a google but couldn't find anything. What are the pros and cons of each animation type?

Mecanim allows a better integration of humanoid avatars.
@tanoshimi What if you're not then which one would work well?
Really @Chickenator this is more of a forum question than an Answers question.
It depends on what you want to do, I recall Legacy users complaining mecanim can't play animations backwards. Or certainly having less control over animation playing.
Then you have the massive hit in favor of $$anonymous$$ecanim that you can re-target animations to any humanoid character. That's big, massive even ... but only if you need it for what you want for your game.
No straight answers which is why it's better being asked in the forum. If only so you can set the big endians against the little endians and sit back and watch the ensuing war, maybe get some popcorn.
@$$anonymous$$mmpies Okay I will move this to the forum
