Vehicle drifting too much
I finished making my car, but now it drifts way too much. It's a racing sorta thing so it drifts only when it goes fast, which is all the time, but is OK when it's slow.
I am not. Is there a way to use nav mesh agents with cars? and if so, how would that fix the drifting?
Sure navmeshagent just takes a gameobject and does the pathplanning and rotation, however most often people complain about navmeshagent drifting is at highspeeds and turning which is what I assumed you had an issue with. What I do with navmeshagents it set rotational acceleration to 0 and do my own rotations but let the navmesh handle positioning.
