Scene transition not smooth with SceneManager.LoadScene

I have a question regarding scene transition. Whenever i do level changes or scene transition, the screen will froze like 1-2 seconds and then it changes. Is there any possibilities of why this is happening? I watched a lot of youtube video about scene changes and all of them use the same method, it seems like they don't have this problem. Could it be because of my laptop? Fyi, I use a very old laptop which is Sony Vaio that was released back in 2010-2011.
