Fresh Collab download does not finish!

Hi,

I am using "unity 2017.2.1f1", I am logged in, ...

Any try to download a complete project does not finish.

Please see this Screenshot

After around 10 minutes this error is displayed. Collab error message

Any help, ideas?

(my work-a-round: Going to "Collab history" and clicking "Update" - but this needs several tries until the Collab history displays that I downloaded/updated to the last version)
