Steam Achievements Using Lumosity

Can anyone direct me to a guide on how to use luminosity to integrate steam achievements? Or can someone give me an example of what to do because I'm not quite understanding it on my own.

I understand how to make them on Steamworks, but not how to actually write them into the game.
