Shape keys in Unity from blender
I managed to get it to work when I exported the model from blender as an .obj but now I can't seem to make the character blink, I made a little video. What am I missing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIhK1oHqYNE

Alright I had to export the fbx file from blender in an older version of the format or ACII. Problem solved.
Out of curiosity, what version of Unity are you using? In 2018.x I've been using the newer 7.4 FBX export with very little problem getting all of the imported features to work. I seem to remember having trouble with it between 5.x and early 2017.x. Having to use the older format, which AFAI$$anonymous$$ is also the format Unity ends up using if you use the .blend file, is probably ok but I notice it doesn't have certain features (albeit ones that we may not ever use) and the files are larger than the newer format.

In Unity, shape key values are including/between 0 and 100. Is that what you needed?
Also, OBJ is good for static files, AFAIK, but for anything that moves or has animation I'd probably use FBX.
