procedural forest generation
I'm trying to add random tree generation to a randomly generated map. I found this online https://answers.unity.com/questions/1389572/question-about-procedural-forestgrass-generation.html
To my knowledge it works well for the x and z cords. Main problem is the code there the height is automatically set to 0. Iv been trying to figure something out using Mathf.PerlinNoise but nothing seems to get me the right heights. I must be doing it wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
