Unity IAP and Export Compliance

Hello,

I am trying to publish my first app on the App Store. I am struggling with an answer to these 2 questions. I am using Unity Analytics and Unity IAP and I don't use any cryptography made on my own. However I heard Unity IAP uses SSL encryption for purchases, but I read somewhere that this doesn't matter and the answer should still be no.
