Mirror Multiplayer isLocalPlayer not working
I am trying to create a simple Multiplayer Game using Mirror. Now i ran into a problem: isLocalPlayer allways returns false.

I figured it out: you have to put a player Tag on the player prefab

Yes you are indeed correct, client authority is the important one, makes sense I guess, unless you make it so clients send input to sever for the server to move. would be very laggy though.
