Draw a string on a Cloned Cube at Runtime
Hi,
I have a Cube which I clone for parking spaces.
I have lets say 5000 flat cubes representing the parking spaces. I have applied a tarmac texture to the material applied to the cube which I change the colour of at runtime of the specific cloned object to represent and area of the yard.
I need to write on the face of the cube at runtime (I only know the text at runtime). Each cube will have different text i.e. "A.1.1", "B.2.5"..."X.4.7" you get the idea.
In native 3D programming I can just draw on the texture before I apply it at runtime. How do I do it in Unity?
Cheers
Steve
