How To Add A FX When I Teleport.

Hey, The Teleport spell works 100% Thanks to "aldonaletto".

I was wondering how i would go about adding a Screen FX such as a blur effect when i teleport using the T key. Would this be achieved by a script or how else. Sorry for noobish questions but im fairly new to this and still learning.
