Unity 2017.1.0f3 personal 64bit Does Not build to android

while build with android, stops at SDK BUILD TOOLS VERSION, gives tone, and thats it. I was trying to setup unity remote for my phone and tried everything with that. I uninstalled android studio and Unity. this started happening when i reinstalled the unity and android studio. Please help
