Character Sound is not sound

My charater's sound effect is not sound! When I run my main scene,the game object with Audio Source is exist,but not sound.

The sound in the main scene which do not depend charater is sound.

But if I set the same charater in a new scene which is only floor, the sound effect is sound.

I checked the audio setting in Project setting,the mute audio botton of game window, the audio listener of the camera,they looks OK.

unity version is 2019.4.24f. I don't know why and how to solve. Thanks a lot in advance.
