Can you debug Unity 5.3.4f1 with VS 2013 Community? Everything else works.
I have VS Tools for Unity 2.2.0.0 installed. Both Unity and VS list it in their About sections. I've followed the directions in the VS Tools native support doc. I don't have the plugin in my project any longer. I have VS 2013 set as the application to open source files with, and that works.
I just cannot attach the debugger! It doesn't show the Unity editor instance in the list of Unity processes to attach to.
Does anyone else have these versions working together, and capable of debugging? Even if you can't help, I would be interested to know just that the versions work together.
Thanks!

It seems to be working. I think the problem was that I'd renamed the Unity executable so I could tell the Unity versions apart in the Windows 10 start menu.
Naming the executable back to Unity.exe seemed to do the trick!
