Unity Invisible Collision With Slope [Rotation Issue]

I am fairly new to unity and I am having issues with this issue its as if some ghost hand is boosting my player object up but it only happens when I rotate to slopes. I used this example as a start - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwcC2tIKObU&t=946s but only tweaked it to adjust the rotation to climb alt text slopes in a realistic manner. Any help is appreciated Thank You.
