Tutorials Don't work.

Could someone please explain why the Animation, Architecture and Navigation Tutorials in the 'Learn' section are all grey and unclickable? Do I need to do something (pay?) to see them? Are the links just broken? Are they 'coming soon'? Should I hold me breath? Are they just so awesome they are unavailable for my own safety?
