What's the best way of handling multiple controllers/inputs?
Hi, I've been working on a game that is centered around local multiplayer. One obstacle I've run into is that Unity has a, well, strange, input system. I've integrated the new experimental Input Manager package, but it doesn't distinguish between controllers. I'd like to avoid using the classic input engine (I'm sure you know why, I need 4 controllers) as much as possible. Where do I go from here?
P.S. I've looked into InControl and Rewired, but they are a bit too expensive for what I need.
