animationspritesheet
Separate spritesheet per animation vs single spritesheet for all animations,Spritesheets per animation vs Spritesheet for all animations
Is either of these more efficient or is it a matter of preference? I find it rather annoying to work with the latter (single spritesheet containing all frames for animation) because inserting one frame in between already existing ones breaks the animations because it displaces the succeeding sprites in unity.,Is either of these more efficient or is it just a matter of preference? I find it more difficult to work with one spritesheet for all my character animations because inserting one frame in the walk cycle immediately breaks every animation that uses frames after the inserted frame.
