Can we use script from tutorials and and forums here and other site and use it for our commercial game project?
because some of the sites make the script ready for download and usage
is it free to use commercially?
the script is from unitycommunity http://www.unifycommunity.com/wiki/index.php?title=MouseOrbitZoom is it free to use commercially?

You should contact script's author for licensing questions.
oh so that's the case, how much the script would generally cost?
gundream do you know who is the owner of unifycommunity.com? does it owned by unity3D?
does the scripts on unitycommunity.com aren't free? how can I buy a license of the script there? there are no email of the contributor what if I want to buy I license of their script contributed?
I don't know who could be the author, but I think that you could at least do a donation and/or say in your work that your script was inspired by that wiki.
I think all wiki content is under Creative Commons license. http://creativecommons.org/

Sadly there is currently no clear license on the contributions to the wiki (and apparently for this site as well), see e.g. here.
I'd assume though that authors in general intent their code to be in the public domain unless specified otherwise, as you'd assume forum posts containing scripts etc. (why else would someone post that code there in the first place?).
