How to get Light to bounce around corners
I am trying to create a dead black environment and trying to get light to bounce around the room a little bit as to help me as a player or user see the light switch on the wall. But in both Standard Unity and HDRP, I find light does not bounce around corners in such a way that I can see things. Their is a solid sharp cut out, and more exposure to the surface has like a soft cookie effect around one wall softly bounces to the other wall and maybe bounces back again but not adding to the light coming from the room.

I am wondering how is it possible to maintain super dark enviroments while improving lighting systems?
Also note: I have tested Light bounce minimum and maximum in the Lighting window and nothing changed. Another note: These dynamic lights can not be baked due to basis they can be turned on and off. But they do not move around the scene.
Finding answers has been extremely difficult, and people tend to result back to ambient lighting but I have no control over where and when lighting and how much it's affected by within environment's. Any ideas, resources or help is appreciated!
