Unity 2019.1.11 Prefab Expansion Arrow missing

Hello, im having the same issues

Im watching a 2018 youtube tutorial and the youtube has an expansion arrow on the prefab and I don't have one mine, I did everything just like he did but mine just doesn't show an arrow.

This is what it should look like. alt text But it looks like this.

Can't figure out how to make it show up. funny thing is I have a another prefab and that one has the arrow.. it might just be a bug
