Animations playing on top of each other
New to the Animator and Unity in general, so sorry if this is obvious.
I have a character that plays a left or right 180 flip animation upon changing direction. The flip animations are controlled by Any State and flip triggers.
It works as intended, except when the flip animation is already being played. Unfortunately, this can result in the flip animations playing during themselves without finishing causing the final rotation to be off. At least, that's what seems to be happening.
Is there a good way to have the flip be able to play at any time, but not play on top of itself (or at least fully finish first)?
