is there an easy way to convert unity's Navmesh to normal mesh?
i'm trying to use Astar pathfinding and want to use the "Navemesh Graph".

tried using blender as it's suggest in this documentation but the problem is you need to rebuild/export your scene to blender and build it manually (as far as i understand it).

another solution i've found is to convert unity's NavMesh to normal mesh
my problem now is all that all the information i've found about this subject is 6-8 years old information that i have no idea how to use; like this code:
NavMeshTriangulation triangles = NavMesh.CalculateTriangulation();
Mesh mesh = new Mesh();
mesh.vertices = triangles.vertices;
mesh.triangles = triangles.indices;
like do i put the script in an empty game object and play the scene or what do i do with it?

so now my question is "is there an easy way to convert unity's Navmesh to normal mesh? or use unity's navmesh in Astar without the need to convert to normal mesh?"
