unity2018.2 VideoPlayer can't play on Iphone when used in combination with Vuforia

when running on iphone, i use vuforia and videoplayer both,vuforia is ok,but videoplayer LogWarning "Video unsupported by hardware: may not play smoothly or play at all." how do i fix it?
