Activate function when GUI.Window is drag into area

Hi! I´m trying to do a Gui selection menu wich works draging a window or a box inside an specific spot or area, triggering a function. I supose there´s a lot of ways to do it, but i don´t know where to start. Any tip will be helpfull.
