camera follow an game object
when i click on up arrow my animated character moves forward i want the camera to follow the animated character where ever he goes
when i click up arrow when character moves forward camera should follow it like in car games when car goes running the camera follows it
Make sure you have imported the scripts package for your project. This comes with a number of useful scripts, including camera control.
When / if the package is imported, select your camera, go to the component menu, and under "Camera Control" select the "Smooth Follow" script.
That script will be a good starting place. You'll need to assign the follow target. To do this, make sure your camera is selected and you can see the variables in the inspector window, then drag your target into the "Target" variable
where will i get the script package to import to the project
if you right click in your project area you should see a context menu with the option to import a package. There should be a list that pops up when you select that. Select "Scripts" from that list
I imported the script and it is not in the right folder. What do I do to move it to the Camera Control Component?
