Shader compiler initialization error :Failed to read D3Dcompiler_47.DLL
I have installed it first time and when i am opening my project it says (failed to read D3Dcompiler DLL file ,something preventing access to d3dcompiler_47.dll file, check your editor installation integrity, file access rights and antivirus configuration.) and crashing please help me resolving this problem

My friend got the exact problem, first installation, with version 2020, could not create new projects. But version 2018 does not have this problem, don't know why, he tried shut down all anti virus software, but did not work.
