Convert string to text in InputField
Not going to go into massive detail unless asked, since the issue seems fairly simple, but i'm trying to take a string generated from a random range list and convert it to text displaying in an InputField on screen (I need the user to be able to copy-paste it, in theory). However, though the random generator is pumping out responses to the string, they're not showing up on screen.
The code i'm using is:
resultText = rand2[Random.Range(0, rand2.Count)];
Debug.Log (resultText);
resultOutput.text = resultText;
Debug.Log (resultOutput);
Is there a clear way to make it display?

How big is your canvas? I know that unity can do some weird things with text being so large that it won't show up.
Canvas is 900x410, or thereabouts. Now that i'm looking again, though, I think it might be an issue with the actual output, since the debug log isn't showing the text that's meant to be output.
