Copyng animation from one model to another that have 100% matching rigs?
Hi everyone!
I have my character done in blender composed of 4 parts (head, body, feet, hands), and several items that would be swapped for those parts (so if you wear leather gloves, hands are deleted and leather gloves appears).
They all share the exact same rig, so the bone structure is equal for everything imported.
Right now if I change say the idle animation, I would have to export and re import all the items from blender so they get the fixed animation, which seems crazy and I'm sure there's a way more effective way to do it.
Is there any way to, say, get my body to get the animations from the head? instead of whatever animation they were imported with? the rig would be a 100% match with the head.
I also tried to search for answers but I couldn't find someone with a similar problem, if there's a technical name for something like this please let me know and I'll search I just didn't know how to look for this.
