How do I fix this? I dont understand anything.
SO yesterday I was done with my first scene and when I created a new scene this happens: https://pasteboard.co/JXhiobR.png , https://pasteboard.co/JXhj5S3.png . The first scene also gets this if the scene is created. But when I delete the second scene the first scene goes to normal. And I tried creating a new project but the same happened with every scene. Please help. Thanks.
Yes it leaves a very annoying trail which clears up when you click after leaving the square alone.

It appears as if something is slowing down the drawing of the graphics or caching(not sure how to word that sorry). To move a box across a screen a PC has to basically draw it out in every position the box is in. Check and ensure that your not maxing out ram, cpu and/or gpu while Unity is open. Also if you haven't yet try simply restarting your PC. I also have found that at times things like internet browsers can cause weird glitches like this as they tend to hang up sometimes due to ads and such.
So while I use Unity, I also have Visual Studio 2019 open. Does this also have to do with this?
It shouldn't, I use both at the same time normally. Even on my work PC which is rather slow 4GB of RAM
I can get away with having both open. Another thing you may wanna try is Re-Installing Unity or updating to a new version if your not using the latest version. I know this can be a pain and take a bit, but it is always possible for 1 reason or another something in Unity "broke". This will at least more or less tell you whether it's PC or Unity related. I personally like to keep 2018
to Latest
on my PC so I can switch between when I run into strange glitches.
I will try updating to 2020.3, can you also tell me : if I want to build games ony for windows what dpendencies should I install with the editor like: Universa Win Platform, Linux, Max....( I know this is a stupid question). Thanks
So in the first scene everything is fine while there is post-processing, lights, ai, and stuff. But only the scenes that are not the first scene(including another project I created to try to fix this) experience these issues. Any idea because I checked via task manager, unity isn't taking that much resources?
If it's PC I can't really help but 2 things I'd try.
Create a brand new project with 2 scenes, add a simple cube to each scene and nothing more and see if it still occurs.
If it's still occurring I'd check if any other programs are malfunctioning, video editors/players and anything that has movement. If there are
trails
elsewhere without Unity running you can at least rule out Unity.

I guess this happened because color buffer was not cleared between frames (colors rendered previously were transferred to the next frame), also the depth buffer.
Please try changing the Main Camera component Camera>Clear Flags > Skybox
I am using URP, and by changing the background type to skybox the problem still remains. And it is also happening in the viewport.
