Unity Pro license and Accsets,Sperate Account for Unity pro license and assets

Is it possible to work with the following situation:

One account own the Pro License
Another account only have the assets

It is possible to use the bought assets in the Pro license account? Or it must use the same account for both the Pro license and the Assets?
