Reach specified rotation and angular velocity by applying torque
I have a RigidBody in a 3D enviroment. I want its current Rotation and AngularVelocity to change to a specific Rotation and AngularVelocity by using Torque forces. There is a maximum amount of torque that can be applyed and the desired Rotation and AngularVelocity have to be reached as soon as posible without oversteping.
What I want to do in my project is to make a sphere to stop an initial AngularVelocity (if there is one) and at the same time to rotate to face another object. I want this to be acomplished by using a thruster that can aply a limited torque force and can be oriented in any 3D direction. I don't need to consider any friction force or torsion.
