Unable to list target platforms. Please make sure the android Sdk path is correct. See the Console for more details.

I have given the same path that is "C:\Users\PC_Name\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk" and changed the tools folder this "tools_r25.2.3-windows" version of SDK and renamed ad tools and also tried with "tools_r25.2.4-windows" version also but no change and same error! what to do? alt text
